The open-plan living space is divided into three areas – living, dining and the kitchen. The colour palette is grey and stone with limed-oak floors throughout. The living area combines linen sofas with vintage chairs and Noguchi lights set around a wood-burning fire and opening onto the deck. The sofa is positioned to catch the northerly light so is an ideal reading spot.

The generous dining table which seats 10 comfortably is adjacent to the view and is well-placed for the kitchen bench. The kitchen is well equipped with quality pots and pans, crockery, glassware and utensils. The dishwasher is Miele and the oven is Neff. As there is no natural gas on the island there is an electric hob. There are two under bench fridges.

The doors from the living space fold back entirely to create greater connection with the outdoor area. Mesh screens on all opening doors and windows keep out flies and mosquitoes. There is an outdoor table and chairs (it is a great breakfasting spot) and a BBQ.
There are lounge chairs on the deck and the feeling is very much of sitting in the trees.
